So you are saying that the (Republican led) investigators are too inept to "get the goods" on the Clintons, despite numerous tries ?

maybe.... we know they always deny it in the same manner and always call it a conspiracy... even when they were ultimately found to be liars...so you would have to believe that except the one or two times they were proven to have done it... was the only times they did.

Maybe your side needs to build a stronger case. Because how many times the try , they never seem to be able to prove anything...

Or will you admit that YOUR biases do not allow you to believe that perhaps, there is NOTHING on the Clintons ?? I doubt it, but maybe you'll surprise me ...

but anyway any person who took the job as SOS would know they would be by the very basic nature of the job be sending and receiving and creating classified information. So for her to say (in an ever-changing manner) she did not intend to do so should not pass any smell test.

Having them on an unsecured server is illegal. Moving them is illegal. Deleting them is illegal.

She went out of her way to do all three... and did so in a manner that was tens-of-thousands of violations (if not over one-hundred thousand).

we have also learned that the key term "negligent" was changed to "careless" for the simple reason that Negligence makes it a crime with or without intent.

she violated (per Comey) thousands of violations of the legal requirement to preserve work emails.

Comey made up the idea of "intent" and just assumed that "no reasonable prosecutor" would take the case.

we know elements of the letter were started prior to interviewing her.

we know that the AG met with her husband in a secret meeting...

I just do not see how you all can ignore all of that?

Monica Lewinsky never claimed Clinton assaulted her. Why are you bringing up a seperate issue ?

but it was sexual misconduct. and to just dismiss all the other claims against him and her as a conspiracy... even when you know they called Monica a conspiracy... and would have kept it up if not for the proof... that seems very narrow-minded.

You're working from a false premise. A consensual affair between two adults is not "sexual misconduct", even if there are aspects of it that are distasteful or taboo to some

as long as they did not lie or attack Monica over it...in fact, if he would have just not lied... see it was when he chose to lie and try to cover it up and they went after Monica that is the real issue. using politcal power to try to shut down someone is scary.

He did what every married man caught with a goudma does- he lied to protect himself. Nothing new about that...Only he had a Prosecutor breathing down his neck trying to find SOMETHING on him (sounds familiar...)

So on this Monica Lewinsky BS:

Bill Clinton did it. He was caught lying about it. He was charged and per the Constitution of the United States of America, articles of impeachment were brought against him. Those articles passed the House.

Then per the Constitution of the United States of America, he was tried in the Senate. He won. Case closed, Constitution and laws of the land followed.

So if all you have is a case where a Clinton was charged and tried for their actions - and that Clinton won - then honestly this thread should be locked.

and he was 'won' on perjury and obstruction but he still lied and lied well to cover it all up... so I ask do you believe that was the only time he lied to cover something up?

not what I am doing here. Rodeo suggests there is nothing to see here at all... and i point out how he did lie and did try to cover something up and would have gotten away with it too if not for that dress...

So he had a consensual affair, lied about it (like 99.8% of men would've), and was paid a price (for something that is not illegal). What more do you want?
