CHASKA, Minn. (KMSP) - The search warrants related to the Prince death investigation will be unsealed and become public data on Monday, April 17, the Carver County Sheriff's Office confirmed Friday. Chief Deputy Jason Kamerud said "the matter remains an open and active investigation."

The unsealing of the documents comes almost exactly one year from the date of Prince's death.

Yes the scripts in KJs name were left at the scene but no mention of The scripts written out for P that Dr S said he wrote and Prince himself picked up at the Walgreens.
Still have not heard what they were for... As well as the test results from Dr S.
Seems they only wanted everyone to see the RXs in KJs name along with Andrews left over meds.

According to a search warrant, Dr S wrote scripts to "P" and they were to be filled at Walgreens. (None of the scripts were controlled substances).
Someone could have been inside Walgreen picking them up, but they were written to P. Where are those particular scripts??

Wondered the same thing...did not see the scrips mentioned on any of the warrants...great question...maybe one of the people that were at PP took them?

And yet the others left.....

They listed every pill, 1/2 pill, and 1/4 pill but no mention of prescriptions written to P in the search warrants. Well that's just very strange.

The scripts for Prince were for blood pressure, anti vomiting meds and Xanax.

I don't see on the warrant where any Percocet was found at his house so that explains why he took the phony Vicodin that was laced with fentanyl on the 20th. I think he took all the Percocet on the 14th or took enough to overdose and Kirk kept the rest (or took it back from Prince). But Percocet and xanax are both orange oval pills so ??? It was one or the other and they both have their names on them if they are legit.

Interesting...so Kirk had said it was Percocet on the 14th, he seems to know what orange pill was on the plane...
Prince may have thought it was his Xanax due to the pills being similar.

Laura said it was xanax, but it may have been Percocet. I've never seen anything official as to what the orange oval pills were. Murder theorists like to ask why did he take the illicit Vicodin when he had safe pharmaceutical Percocet?

IIRC, ISLIJAG said she was searching the warrants to see if any Percocet were found. She never commented on it again, so I'm assuming the Percocet were gone by the 21st. I didn't look it up, but I'm fairly sure that no mg of Percocet resembles a Xanax.different size/shape and color. The anti nausea med Zofran does resemble Xanax,though-hence the confusion here (?)

the warrant states ondansetron and not Zofran, so it could have been the generic version which would not look like the zofran.

Personally I think he did not have any Percocet left on the 21st so he took the illicit vicodin but I havent found anything official on the pills.

Wow! They could all pass for each, they look so similar. And no, the generic of zofran (ondansetron) does not look like that-my son takes it for gastroenterology issues, and it is a round pill. Also, even though they may all look similar, I highly doubt the Percocet prescribed on the 14th was that low of a dose (2.5 mg).

No...IMO it makes sense someone switched his meds intentionally giving him the wrong ones on the 14th and it caused P to OD.
He had no idea he was taking the wrong pills...then on the 20th it happened again... the person that brought in those fake pills for P to take knew that was going to end his life.

No, because the police are looking at it as a murder. Not sure why this is so hard to understand.

Murder if they can find the person who gave or sold him the fentanyl laced illicit Vicodin. Some people think someone went into his home clandestinely and place JUST fentanyl laced pills in with his other illicit pills. Understand?

I understand and I know you have no means of knowing if someone did not switch out those pills.

Prince had a staff that worked at Paisley Park and someone got him those pills. Since it was ruled an accidental overdose and not a sucide the police obviously think there is more to this case then a simple o.d.

People o.d. all the time and the police do not keep the cases open like this. Frankly, if some of the people around Prince had been more cooperative after he died the case would have been looked at as a simple o.d. and ruled unsolvable as far as finding the souce of the drugs.

However, people close to him have lied to the cops and stood around texting and making phone calls and rushing off to a vacation. The police have suspects.

No one has ruled this unsolvable, they are looking for the person who gave or sold him the fentanyl, just like they are looking for suppliers all over the country. There is no murder in the first investigation so Kirk walks, 😐 sorry, unless they can prove he procured the fentanyl and gave it to Prince, then MAYBE MURDER, most likely a lesser homicide. And remember Kirk could have gotten the illicit Vicodin for himself and Prince stole it from him. They were very close.

.
No. Homicide.
That means that the drug maker and anyone involved in the supply chain may be complicit in athe death.
Do not confuse murder and homicide. Murder is intentional. Homicide may not be.

--If you read the search warrants the police caught KJ in a lie. In addition, they mention the inconsitencies in the statements from the associates. They specifically name KJ as one of those associates. The police also note that associates were texting and making phone calls immediatly after Prince's death and this is the reason cell phones were confiscated. It does not matter that their are people on this board cheerleading for Kirk because it does not change his actions or what is in those warrants.
