This thread disbelief shake

If we are looking at whoever MADE the pill, then yes...the law sees that person as guilty of homicide. But there is no conclusive proof I know of that he was deliberately targeted, nor deliberately killed, nor deliberately poisoned. No conclusions like that can be drawn unless we know specifically how the fentanyl-laced drugs came to be in his possesion. We don't know the answer to that question. If law enforcement does, they aren't telling.

I agree but that doesn't mean that his enablers who procured the dangerous pills for him or the distributers shouldn't have to face some circunstances. Odds are that he didn't know the strength of the pills he took.

I didn't say they shouldn't. wink Look, they've supposedly known for how long now that there were pill bottles in someone else's name at PP, the prescribing md said they were intended for Prince but written in someone else's name (which the md's lawyer said later that it wasn't true that they were intended for anyone else). But clearly they don't have enough to make an arrest, so something isn't quite right with that whole scenario. Why would law enforcement put that info out there then do nothing about it? confused It's not like they don't know who's name was on the prescription bottles.

According to Charles the case is still open. I have spoken to a few people I know in law enforcement very rarely are O.D. cases left open. Police want to close cases not keep them open. I think the police have the information but not enought to make a case. They can arrest people but what is the poi nt if they do not have enough evidence for a conviction. Also if the family and assoicates are not cooperating that makes it even more hard.

I know we have discussed sucide before and if his associates were in on it they could face additional charges beyond 3rd degree murder. This is the only reason I could see them and the family not cooperating. Listening to Charles interview it is obvious that some family members are hostile toward him for simply asking questions. So they are hiding something.

I know about a year ago there was a rumor that the family was going to file a wrongful death suit and at one point earlier this year Tyka and retained an attorney specializing in medical malpractice but I think the lawery is no longer around.

Made me wonder if medical issues, Dr. S and overall quality of care were not involved with the decision to bring in the medical malpractice attorney.

Agreed.

And it was certainly not the record companies, Prince's threat (if any) to them was over in the late 90's.

We dont know that is how the law sees it.

The last warrant filed was in September 2016 asking for all of P's Google account information including P's email and Cloud account.

No other warrants have been issued since obtaining access to those accounts.

For all we know the police found answers to everything they were seeking.

According to Charles the case is still open. Nothing on the websites states the case is closed.

See recent person in Minnesota who sold a person drugs and who is being charged with murder.

Someone can be charged with 3rd degree murder even if Prince wanted to die.

I don't think ISLIJAG was saying the case is closed, just that we don't really know how things stand in regard to what they may have found irt that last warrant.

It's interesting, to say the least, that they have said NOTHING else since then in regard to search warrants/conclusions and I think it isn't illogical to surmise from that that they may have found the answers they were looking for. Or not confused But they aren't telling. But leaving it that way makes people see things some way.

i think i've heard estimates that it could have been anywhere from when he was dropped off to about 3am that morning, they said he was dead for at least 6 hours. the interesting thing to me is the pill had enough to fentanyl to kill an elephant and death would have been pretty damned fast which is what makes me think it was an intentional suicide. what are the odds that he'd be dumb enough to od that close to the previous weeks od? I think he wanted out, the big question is why.

Very interesting what he said about Clive Davis. That is guy is creepy. The fact that he kept the pre-Grammy party going while Whitney was deceased, laying face-down in a bathtub is just beyond disrespectful and such a horrible thing to do to a legend, who made millions for Clive. That man has absolutely zero-class.

SMDH at conspiracies.
The ONLY conspiracy is by the manufacturers/suppliers of the illegal drugs.

No one purposely killed Prince. Also, none of you know who has talked to the investigators. Or has not.
.
This was also not a suicide.
.
Disgusting accusations here and as stupid as the people who've told investigators to look at KJ --like they had never heard of him.

Ever notice that the people who think P was killed by a conspiracy think EVERYTHING else is a conspiracy, too?

It's still an open homicide investigation:

Definition of homicide

: a person who kills another
2: a killing of one human being by another

Good question. I wonder what else was Prince doing on the 20th? He didn't get back to PP until around 8PM. Was he contemplating taking the illegal Fentanyl that day? If so, then it makes absolutely no sense to run to Walgreens for any prescriptions. I'm guessing it was Kirk driving Prince around on the 20th, so did they make an extra stop for the illegal pills? Did Prince put his trust in someone that he shouldn't have? confused

Fair enough.

No one INTENTIONALLY ASSASSINATED PRINCE. AS many here imply or often state as fact.
